143cc Big Bore Kit
for 4 Valve Cylinder Heads:
– All aluminum
ceramic plated 60mm cylinder
– Lightweight short skirt 60mm 4 valve piston with rings, pin, & clips
– Head gasket kit – includes
the cylinder head o-ring set and an exhaust gasket.
This bore kit is designed to work the Kitaco and YX (Dirtmax)
4 Valve Cylinder heads and provides you with an additional bore size option to
use on your engine. The kit includes an all aluminum ceramic plated 60mm
cylinder. This
cylinder is lighter than a steel sleeved aluminum cylinder, reduces friction
(increasing power), improves sealing, and provides better heat transfer (runs
and cools down quicker). Also included is a lightweight high revving 4 valve
piston. Finally, our head gasket kit includes a head o-ring set and
exhaust gasket so you don’t have to re-use your old ones or make a trip to your
local dealer to get new ones and spend more money. These are high quality
parts and no case boring required – bolt on and go!
There are no installation instructions, but if you can replace your
piston, you can install this kit. If you don’t have any experience working on
your engine, we highly recommend purchasing the shop manual for your bike
available in this section or from your local Kawasaki/Suzuki dealer or having a
professional technician install the kit. The parts are installed in the same
manner as OEM parts.
